Our Story
Loyola AC Services has been handling heating and cooling work in Chicago since 2018. What started as a locally owned operation has grown into a steady, reliable name that Chicago residents call when they can't afford to wait. Over the years, the company built its reputation on a simple promise: show up on time and get the job done right.
Manager Matthew Richardson has been involved in the business from the very start, and that hands-on involvement shows in how the company operates day to day. Most of our work involves central air conditioning installation and repair, furnace maintenance, heat pump service, and ductwork inspections — along with refrigerant recharges, thermostat replacements, and seasonal tune-ups for both residential and light commercial customers.
We work on gas furnaces, split systems, and packaged units, and we're familiar with the specific demands Chicago's climate puts on HVAC equipment. We know what to look for and what typically fails — and that experience shows up in faster diagnoses and first-visit fixes.

Matthew Richardson has been working in the HVAC industry for years, building up real hands-on experience with residential and commercial AC systems. He started out learning the trade from the ground up and has handled everything from routine maintenance to full system installs and repairs.
At Loyola AC Services, he keeps things straightforward. He treats every customer fairly, shows up when he says he will, and makes sure the work gets done right. He knows most people just want their AC working without a lot of hassle — and that's exactly what he aims to deliver every time.
